When do I get paid?

NOURMAS Services GmbH runs the standard German monthly payroll. Shifts completed in a calendar month are paid by the 15th of the following month, to your DE-IBAN via SEPA.

How long are shifts?

Shifts come in 4, 6, and 8-hour blocks. Daily, weekly and rolling-window limits are enforced automatically per the Arbeitszeitgesetz.

Can I cancel a shift?

Yes — free cancellation up to the policy window for that shift type. Late cancels count against your reliability score.

What vehicles can I use?

Bicycle, e-bike, Roller, or car. Roller and car couriers need a valid Führerschein and KFZ-Versicherung that covers entgeltliche Lieferdienste.

Do I need to speak German?

Basic German helps for customer interactions, but the app and onboarding are available in English, German, and Türkçe.

Is this Mini- or Vollzeit?

Both. Book as little as one 4-hour shift a week (Minijob) or stack up to Vollzeit within the legal weekly limit.
